I have been relying on Paul and Patrice for all of my framing needs for several years now. As a collector of historical autographs I wouldn't dream of allowing the latest "associate" to handle my work. With Paul, Patrice and staff I know when I drop off an item to be framed I feel assured I'm in the capable hands of people who take their work seriously and will make sure the job is done perfectly. I have also purchased many works from their gallery which is always stocked with tasteful and fairly priced works many of which are from local artists. If you haven't been into this wonderful local gem you must go and when you do you'll see what I mean.
However, Paul and Patrice's service went above and beyond anything that I had expected. I needed a print matted to a frame that I already had and they were able to do it in just a day at a third of the cost of the big box store down the road.
After first making a trip to one of the big box stores down the road and finding out how ridiculous the price and turnaround time were for their custom mat jobs, I then drove down to Morningside to expect a similar result.

Patrice and Paul were so unbelievably helpful with the framing project I presented them with. I was on a budget and was shocked at the gouged prices that were "60% off" at Michael's and AC Moore. The project was a 40th Wedding Anniversary gift for my Aunt and Uncle--we had a professional family portrait taken, and we wanted to matte it, and also include a plaque with a small note from us as the gift giver. She went over every aspect of the process and provided invaluable advice as to what would look best. Let's be honest, we can want blue matting all we want, but if it's going to look hiddeous, you'd want someone to steer you in the right direction before its too late. They were promt--often answering my emails in off hours--courteous, and knowledgeable. I recomend Morningside Gallery to everyone for their framing needs. Thank you!
