Worse location ever AVOID this location very unprofessional staff rude and poor customer service skills. I stood in line over 10 minutes to be ignored like I'm standing there for my got damn health and no apologies this would never happen at CHASE bank the staff here doesn't acknowledge . DO BETTER !!!
A couple of the tellers are great, but the two women that I spoke to about overdrafts (at $35 a pop) were not very accommodating (to put it nicely). Dorothy said she'd follow up with me and I didn't hear from her for over a week ... the branch manager (?) after condescending to me about keeping a register (more than once) said she could only refund one charge. After further discussion, she admitted she could refund more, but it was at her discretion ... and she suggested I visit the bank where I opened my account.

I will do just that - and I'll also close my account on that day. For what seemed to be a bank about convenience, it just seems like all of the other banks that do their due diligence to nickel and dime you.
