Absolutely wonderful! I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to dentist having many awful experiences in this department. Dr. Cerny and her Team were truly wonderful. They calmed me downed, explained what they were going to do and got me through the process with ease. I even scheduled my next visit without any hesitation. The office was very clean and professional and the staff truly seemed to enjoy being there.
An excellent dental office. Due to convenient hours (7 am on Tuesdays), I went to Dr. Cerny for a root canal and crown placement. Friendly staff, modern equipment. I was privileged to be one of the first patients at her new office in Latham. The office is in the process of setting up a machine that creates crowns/bridges/implants in-house. In spite of my gag reflex (particularly during dental x-rays), the procedures were comfortable and carried out in a cordial manner. Overall, a pleasant experience.

You won’t find a better dental office. Dr. Cerny is a superb dentist with a great chair-side manner who saved two of my teeth that were written off as lost by another dentist. Staff is friendly, accommodating and highly skilled. Great attention to patient comfort. Cutting edge technology.
