I just wasted 2 hours of my precious time choosing thank you cards for my wedding and picking and choosing pictures for an album from our wedding to purchase at the photo center. We finished hit submit and something went wrong with the computer. Went to tell the clerk and was basically ignored as well as the other 2 women waiting. Only to reaalize she was having technical difficulties with HER computer. She didn’t explain to ANY of us that it was the computer system that was the problem, walked away to get someone else to help her. Continued to be ignored and finally to be told we didn’t get your pics. Sorry there’s nothing we can do for you. IT WAS A $51 order! Your store sucks!!! I will be shopping at Target from now on !!

Excellent Service... Ample parking... Disabled parking... and mobilized shopping carts for physical disabilities. I love this store... plus there's a section of discount racks for almost everything ! I rate ...5 STARS !

I really love this Walmart. It's always well stocked and on most grocery items the prices are great and the quality is good. The most distinguishing factor for this particular store is it's department employees. The employees that you encounter in the aisles are very friendly and endlessly helpful. The one experience that stands out for me is an employee named Ben. He was exiting the back stock room with a pallet full of items that needed to be placed on the shelf. I needed Wal Mart half and half and none were in the cooler. I stopped and asked Ben if there were anymore in the back and Ben with a smile immediately stopped working and went to the back, acquired my item and apologized for it not being available! Now THAT is great customer service. It's worth coming to this Walmart just for the service.

Decent fabric selection. Good prices. (It's Wal-Mart). Unfortunately, they've shifted to far more selfserve registers with only one staffed register at night.

Clean store, well stocked, and tons of items. For transparency purposes I need to start this review by saying I can't stand Walmart; I've shopped in twice in the past four years. So when I did a hunt for new women's steel toe work boots and found the only place in my area that might hold ANYTHING even close to my size was Walmart I wasn't thrilled. But I came anyway to the 800 Louden Road location. On 9/17/17 at approximately 2pm I entered the Walmart and went to the boots. I found a women's boot two sizes above mine. I asked a very nice woman in the clothing section if she had a way to see if they had a smaller size outback since the website said they had the size I wanted in store. She explained that she couldn't leave her post, but directed me to Customer Service who could check. I went to Customer Service and my visit that had gone from dreaded to pleasant due to the other workers kindness then turned awful. I explained to an older woman with an obnoxious number of buttons on her smock that I looked online and the website said these shoes in my size were in store, but I couldn't find them on the shelf and asked if they could be looked for in the back. She then told me in an extremely patronizing and condescending tone that buying online was different from buying in store. I again explained to her that I didn't purchase anything online, I'm just looking for shoes in a certain size and was told there could be more in the back. She looked at me like I was and idiot and rudely ask, "Well were they on the shelf?" To which the answer was no and she responded, "Then obviously they're not here." I again explained the situation and she called over another girl and told her I bought something online and was looking for it here which I AGAIN had to explain was not the case. Rolling her eyes and obviously uninterested in assisting me she gave me to another woman, Veronica. Veronica was extremely helpful and was able to get me taken care of in just a few minutes. I tried to see the name of the awful and indifferent woman that helped me before, but her tag was blocked by another customer. Thank you so much to Veronica and the woman working the fitting room for helping me feel a little better about my experience. Veronica deserves five stars, but due to how incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant my visit was due to that terrible woman, I can only give three.
