About 2 years ago my optometrist informed me I was starting to develop cataracts in my right eye. Not eager about the prospect of eye surgery, I procrastinated for so long I effectively lost functional vision in that eye. Finally, in large part to the glowing reviews of Dr. Brass, I bit the bullet and had my eye taken care of.
Dr. Brass and staff are very professional and caring. I have been going to this office for probably 15 years and I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen ever. The staff makes you feel at ease and are very helpful and friendly, all of them. Dr. Brass is very caring and takes the time to answer any questions you have and is very prompt in getting back to you with a test result and he personally made the call himself which doesn't always happen with a Dr. office. I highly recommend Dr. Brass for any and all eye care. Truly a professional.
I posted earlier but would like to further say that you can't go wrong by choosing this facility. Dr. Brass and his staff are professional, courteous, respectful, thorough and a pleasure to have my eyes being taken care by. They exhibit a trust for having surgery performed and for good reason, my cataract surgery was easy, painless and a huge success. I thank Dr. Brass for giving me my new eyesight, to see with such clarity again is amazing. You can't go wrong by going to Brass Eye Center. Thank you to the entire staff.
I shouldn't have waited! Dr. Brass is a terrific doctor whom it is obvious has a real passion for his work. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns, reviewed the options without any pressure, and most importantly delivered an outcome that really exceeded my expectation. Also, his entire staff are so friendly and helpful, they made the whole process (for someone squeamish about his eyes like me) relatively stress free.
My suggestion to anyone in a similar situation is don't delay the inevitable - my thick cataracts made both pre-op testing and the procedure more complicated than would otherwise be needed. In fact, now that my "fixed" eye has made it apparent my other eye is also starting to develop them, I'm going to follow my own advice and have it done before too long this time, with Dr. Brass.
If you are considering laser eye surgery, I highly recommend going with Dr. Brass and his team. I had the procedure performed earlier this year and I could not be happier with the results and the entire process. Dr. Brass was so personable, professional and thorough. The eye surgery itself was an amazing experience. Dr. Brass and his team answered all of my questions and put me right at ease before and during the procedure. Even during recovery, Dr. Brass made himself easily accessible. If I had to, I would definitely do it all over again. Two thumbs up!
I went to Dr. Brass for a second opinion after having cataract surgery in my right eye. He was honest, kind, and knowledgeable . I decided to return to him for cataract surgery in my left eye. The entire experience was worry free. He and his staff were understanding and competent. I would recommend seeing Dr. Brass for any and all eye concerns.
