We stopped in on the way to a dinner party. I was completely shocked at the smell! Instead of smelling like fresh flowers, the store smelled of must and animal waste.There were several birds either in a cage or freely walking/flying around. Bird feathers with bird poop and food all over the floor. Dusty displays to top in all off. On a positive note, flowers were nice and reasonable but I couldn't wait to leave the smelly/filthy store.
HORRENDOUS, STAY AWAY. My poor boyfriend just spent $45 on the most pitiful Valentine's Day arrangement. 3 Red Roses and tiny red carnations that barely fit in the vase. Meaning the vase was larger than the flowers. I feel so bad for him. Not to mention it took them a half hour to find the arrangement. It's obviously they threw it together to get him out of the store.
Horrible. Stay away. Just picked up my sons prom flowers. They were near dead. The bow was something a 3 year old could tie. When I said I wasn't happy the lady told me to pick the dead petals off. The corsage only had 3 dead miniture roses and 2 dead for the boutinere. I did not get my money back and left the dirty shop stepping over the debris on the flower. We then were left to scamble for prom flowers with less than 24 hours. Absolutely disgusting.
Pathetic arrangement that was ordered through FTD. Flowers died by the 2nd day, greens were left inside vase under water, which kills flowers. Called to speak to owner/manager to only encounter pure rudeness and to be yelled at. The only reason I gave 1 star was due to the fact the vase wasn't cracked and held water. The size of the arrangement was half of what the order should have been. Called FTD to express my concerns, thankfully they were kind, and are making good on this horrible arrangement.
