Never called me back in a timely fashion/if at all! Encompas is a terrable company to deal with !
I had some issues with this company at first but when I expressed my concern Mike Rullo himself contacted me to make sure everything was handled and that we were satisfied. He was very considerate and I appreciated his call. There isn't a single company that doesn't make it's mistakes from time to time but how they are handled says a lot.

My sister highly recommended this broker, so I sent an email through Safeco to be contacted for a quote. I didn't expect to be contacted until the next day. Mike called me in 15 minutes. I provided all my info for a quote, he called back in 20 minutes. This was all after 5 pm and I had insurance cards in my email the next day. Mike made the process of switching car insurance seamless and hassle free. I can't thank him enough for making what I thought would be a nightmare the complete opposite. If you are looking to be treated well , great service and people who are knowledgeable then contact these folks. They are awesome.
