Polite staff and they make quick work of my laundry. They also have great prices.
I was sitting in my vehicle in front, had timed the dryer so imagine someone was staring at my dryer to immediately remove laundry before I could walk ten yards to put more quarters in for it to FINISH DRYING! SMH
Update 4/27/2017 Still recommend ! Second time back for wash and fold. Just as happy as first visit early in April !
DO NOT COME HERE. there's SEVERAL other laundromats in this area save yourself the time and effort and go somewhere else. Half of the washers are dryers are broken many VERY outdated. Last two times we came here the staff was uninterested in being friendly or welcoming at best, today we received down right rudeness. One of the young workers was there and using almost every single dryer. My boyfriend and I loaded our laundry into ONE dryer while she chit chatted with the other worker. I then went to put my laundry in a second dryer, one that did not have a sign or was being used. The worker gave me a nasty look and said "I was going to use that one". Sorry, I didn't see your laundry in there or a sign, didnt know we could "claim" dryers. We're taking the one load in the dryer and going down the street to a different one. Clearly this one doesn't care about having business or providing quality service. I've worked retail for years, owners and managers should intervene and get new machines or fix the broken ones you have.
Update 5/15/2017 Long story short, Things are being made right after almost a week, by providing credit, buttttt They lost two pairs of my boyfriends work pants. reason being the masking tape "label" probably got stuck to someone else's stuff.., PER THEIR STAFF, request NOTHING to be left on hangers to avoid this. I'm giving them another shot.
Mid April Polite. Great rates ! Try to go mon through thurs extra discount!! 30lbs for less than $30 done same day ready within 5 hours! Convenient hours- open until 11pm even on a Weds. So far got all of my clothes back, they DID use fabric softener I provided and gave it back ! Will be back next laundry day !
My boyfriend works down the road so I figured I throw a load in before I dropped him off. Was 8:10 didn't even get through the door and the woman working there said in a rude manor no more washes last wash at 8. Bad customer service so I kindly took my laundry to another place.
