The place is supposedly 24/7, yet my dog and I had to wait for a long time to have them check him out. Not to mention it is very expensive.
The pricing was extremely affordable considering they are an emergency vet and the two times we've gone have been a holiday and a weekend.
The literal only downside is the wait. I knew especially the second time going in there that there would be a long wait ahead of us, but at the same time neither visit was for an immediate life threatening injury and I am more than happy to wait longer it if means life or death for another pet. If anything it reassures me that if that were the case with my dog he would be helped immediately.
This vet hospital was the only one that was willing to help me recognize if my dog had a genuine emergency or not. They were EXTREMELY HELPFUL in sorting that out. When we went the next day there was a wait, but the waiting area was extremely spacious and the staff stunningly accessible through the process. Dr. Shelley Smith is awesome. Knowledgeable and very communicative. Even though she was slammed she took time to answer all my questions, listen and respond to all my "yeah buts" and "what ifs", and even though I was fried (my dog had not been doing well for weeks) and my brain was as maximum load - I left there feeling much clearer about what's going on with my dog and how to help her toward healing. My dog was feeling much better too, just from the support of a B-12 shot. Tail wagging, face happier, interested in eating (which was the issue) once we got home, and a bag full of meds to keep that going.
The first time we went we were supposed to be next in line, but a dog hit by a car came in and was taken immediately back ahead of us. I wouldn't want any other treatment at an emergency vet clinic. This place is an A+ is my book.
Absolutely amazing place!!! The staff were incredible - and that on a Saturday afternoon (of course) - super friendly, mega helpful and so patient answering all of our nervous questions (our chichi got bit in the face). Prices are the same everywhere, so if you have to take your beloved pet to a trustworthy place - THIS is the place to go!! I wished they were a normal pet hospital where we could bring all of our puppies to. LOVED them!! THANK YOU ALL!! .. PS: Eli is doing great!!! ;-)
Brought in my dog. He needed immediate care, but made us wait for an over hour while seemingly no other animals had checked in. The place is quiet and clean but not sure if they know what emergency means.
Could not be more pleased with the staff at this Veterinary Clinic. They were so compassionate and understanding upon our visit with our dog. Would recommend them to anyone. If I could hug every staff there for comforting my family during the passing of my dog I would.
I wouldn't recommend it.
Have been here twice in the last couple months with my crazy dog who keeps getting into trouble and ends up with cuts that need stitches or staples on his face. When we went today not only the receptionist but the vet remembered him from last time. It's a wonderfully personable place and both times they've taken great care of him.
