The job was scheduled and completed very quickly. Workers were courteous. We had hired another company who would have fixed our water main break at their leisure and in a much more invasive way due to a lack of the equipment needed to avoid coming into the house through several walls and would have cost us thousands more. Plumbing today had an easy solution and completed the job in less then a day. I would have given them 5 stars if they had done a nicer job with the fill grade and grass seed, which we had to pay someone else to redo.
Honestly this was a really great company to use! I don't usually write reviews, but this company really helped me and my family out. I will be honest, I think their prices are fair compared to some other plumbers in the area. They have really nice trucks too, and presentation is everything when you hire a company!! I'm glad they were able to fix my mothers toilet and shower! Thanks for your help guys!!!
Terrible, avoid this company, these guys are amateurs. Originally said a 9 to 10 am arrival, called twice to see when they were arriving, called again at 11:30 and they say they're busy and still 2 to 3 hours away. A phone call would have been nice. Wasted a whole day of work for nothing.
Workers were not professional. Workers were smoking on the job. Workers were digging with their hands and feet around septic tank. Offered shovel, it was refused. Workers mixed cement with their hands rather than use a hoe. Workers had to ask me for soap after working on septic tank. No hand sanitizer on truck. Holes were left in yard, no topsoil or reseed provided. Outrageous price for the actual materials and labor. Very disappointed.
They came when they said they would. They did a good job. They charged what they quoted, even when the job turned out to be more difficult than expected. What more could one ask for. I would certainly use them again.
