I used to make a special trip from Grafton to Latham to shop at your store because I applauded and supported the fact that you allowed Happy Cat Rescue to hold their cat adoptions there. Recently I found out that you are no longer allowing the rescue group to use your store to help homeless cats find their forever homes! As an animal lover I will take my business to a pet store that supports local rescues and takes strides to help the homeless animals in our area. As a business that makes their profit from the selling of pet products, you owe it to the animal lovers that support your store to give back to the community by contributing to the solution of homeless animals, not the problem.

If I could give negative stars, I would. As an animal lover, I have shopped in this store and when I heard that management told Happy Cat Rescue that they could not longer hold their cat adoptions there, it angered me. I will no longer shop at this store. I will take my business elsewhere. Shameful what they did!
Please do not waste your time and your pets energy on any of their puppy/dog training classes. We made the mistake of going there and I still have the same issue with my dog that I did when I went there. I asked the trainer many times how to correct the behavior and would get well I don't know let me find out and she never got back to me. Big waste of time and money.
Very helpful staff. The store is always clean. I can find whatever I need. Just a really well run store
