Terrible experience was given it guaranteed locked rate quote via email when I place my order when I drop the car off the price went from $95 to $287. I refilled the tank they still charge me $40 gas fee even with my receipt in a picture of the dashboard. They are the two kinds of insurance that I didn't ask for and then charge me $30 for a GPS that didn't even work. When I called in to address all these concerns I was told there's nothing they can do and that's the bill I've sent put a stop payment on the charges because they refused to talk to me and address what they've done. I plan to file civil suit if I have any problems with my stop payment. I own a computer company in the area and we quote someone a the price that's the price.
The subaru car was however nice and new.
Easy check-in. Ride from airport to rental was in a new, comfortable van. Van drivers (both ways) were friendly. Car we rented was nice, low mileage - could have been a little cleaner on the inside. Would use again next time we are in the Albany area.

Landed at 11:30pm but they close at 10:30pm so there was no way to pick up the car. Went with an in-airport rental car company instead.
I rented a vehicle here for a week and I returned it less than hour after the exact time I rented it a week ago. They charged me taxes and fees and additional day rental of $113. I ONLY PAID $243 FOR THE WEEK!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I tried to call, but all I get is a song and dance. Now I feel compelled to give bad reviews all over the internet! I'm grieving the charges
