This is poor business practice and I will not be renting from Enterprise again. How has the time to do their work for them just to get a reasonable request, a receipt?

I called about it, was told I (not them) had to call their accounting department for the receipt. They did "not know" what it was for and "did not see it" on their end. I called their accounting department two (2) times in one week and received 0 response from their accounting department. I called back, they assured me they would email this accountant (which begs the question, why they could not do that for me to get the receipt in the beginning??) and told me to call back if I did not hear back from her by today.

I called back today to let them know and they had no idea what I was talking about (although I swear the person's voice sounded like the same person I spoke to the day before). Regardless, no note in the system or under my account about this? Anyways, this time I was told they COULD see it on their end and it was a "toll violation" but again they could not (AKA would not) call or email their tolls department for the paper copy or a receipt. Leaving me once again to call people within THIER OWN company to get a receipt that should be sent automatically.

These guys were awesome! Great customer service. Nothing else needs to be said.

Already, before making this call to tolls, I will have expended too much time and energy for a practice that should be followed regardless of "what department" it comes from. You charge my card on file, I get notice in writing. Period.

I highly recommend this Enterprise. The staff is very efficient and super fun. I love getting my cars there whenever I'm in town.

Terrible. They never picked me up so after and hour if waiting , I called and was in hold for 20 minutes! No one picked up the phone. I had to drive my own car there and leave it. Awful service!

I have been going to this location on and off between two jobs. I was charged, without notice or receipt, for my last trip. I understood it may be tolls (I went through MA and did not realize they would not take cash for tolls on the Turnpike and would charge later). However, to charge without any paper trail is an issue for any working person (most of their clientele) that need to submit expense reports.

I do not own a car, so I always end up purchasing the insurance just to be smart. But I also end up paying more money for the insurance than I do for renting the car. I really think that is unfair and I wish there was an alternative for people in my situation. Because none of the so called: "Great Deals" are actually great deals if you also buy the insurance too.
