I stopped into bobs for the second time in 2 weeks. A very helpful man named chad talked to me at the door and brought me right to the set i saw online. Chad explained everything about the furniture and that bobs only delivered. I wasn’t happy about it at first but after he took the time to explain it to me i understood everything. I received my couch this week and I’m thrilled. The delivery was great and brought to the house very quick. Thank you bobs! I will never furniture shop anywhere else again.

I never knew ordering furniture could be so easy and pleasurable. I’d give this store 10 stars if I could. Every employee I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable. (I called multiple times before I placed my order. Not once did I feel pressured.) I had never bought anything from Bobs and I ordered online so I was skeptical. I must say, my worry was for nothing. I am in LOVE with my new furniture! It’s even nicer than I expected. The color is vibrant and the memory foam—so comfy!! Also, I’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to the delivery men. They were professional and helpful. And right on time! I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone who was involved with my sale! You’re all fabulous. After 4 months of browsing dozens of sites and stores, I am so glad I ordered from you. I no doubt made the right choice. My expectations have been far exceeded. Thank you Bobs!
Lauri was amazing and great to work with. She came in on her day off to meet us only for the order to not be processed. She didn't treat us different and even gave us a gift. The order was screwed up a couple of times but they fixed everything and we are now happy customers. We understand that everything is not always perfect and appreciate the help of Bob's associates. Thank you for everything, we love how great everything looks in our new home. We are getting some of the best sleep we ever had on our new Bed.
I have dealt with Connie Valenti and have been very impressed with working with her. She has a great personality and professionalism. She did not pressure me to buy something when she knew at that time that I was just looking. She did give suggestions as we were asking questions to help us make our own decision .
