Hopefully it was just the salesperson who engaged us, but my experience at this store has shaken my faith in the La-z-boy brand. We inquired as to whether the store had any of the "Spectator" sectional on the floor, and he informed us that they did not because, according to him, it is uncomfortable. Rather than direct us to other options, he left us to wander the store searching for ourselves. I especially enjoyed when we sat down on a couch in the clearance section, and due to the acoustics of the room I was able to hear him clearly say that "this isn't the kind of place you just come and hang out" after looking at us disdainfully.
